If you’re living that healthy life, we’ve got some very tasty news- weeknight dinners don’t have to be boring or bland. These pork chops with garlicky cream sauce come smothered in a silky mushroom deliciousness that’s so good, you’ll want to drizzle it over everything from veggies to your morning eggs.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 cups packed baby spinach
Directions
Step 1
Time to get those pork chops looking (and smelling) irresistible! Season both sides with salt and pepper, then heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chops until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Once they’re perfectly browned, transfer them to a plate and keep them cozy and warm while we whip up the sauce.
Step 2
In that same skillet (because flavor sticks, and we love it), toss in the mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they’re soft, golden, and downright irresistible, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and give it a quick stir until fragrant, just about a minute.
Step 3
Now, let’s get saucy. Add parmesan, cream, oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper, then bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally as it thickens into creamy perfection, about 3 minutes. Toss in the spinach and cook until just wilted, about 2 minutes more. The sauce will basically be dreamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor.
Step 4
Time for a happy reunion: return the pork chops to the skillet and let them mingle with all that creamy goodness until warmed through, about 5 minutes. Dinner is officially served (and yes, it’s just as indulgent as it looks.)
