FAQ: How Should I Dress?

While not required, we encourage our patients to wear loose-fitting clothing, such as workout attire, to their therapy sessions to better accommodate Dr. Alex and the rest of the staff in accessing your injured area.

For injuries such as knee or upper thigh injuries, the therapist may suggest wearing shorts in order reach the site of injury, while not restricting movement or causing discomfort from rolling up the pant leg.

A typical outfit to wear to optimize your physical therapy experience is jogging pants or yoga pants, a t-shirt and athletic shoes. These items are non-constricting and breathable, allowing for better movement while exercising.
