Casein is also a complete protein. It’s found in many dairy products, similar to whey. Although it has a different amino acid composition, casein is equally as effective as whey protein.

Your body also uses protein to make hormones. It’s an important part of your muscles, skin, and bones. So, regardless of where you’re getting your protein, at the end of the day protein is protein.
